2006 BATHROOM REMODEL
This bathroom remodel focused on simplifying and elevating the layout and design of an already generously sized space. The original configuration included multiple doors that awkwardly swung into each other, creating unnecessary clutter and limiting usability. To address this, the redesign eliminated one interior door and replaced the entry door with a pocket door—upgraded with a soft-close system and magnetic latch for a sleek, functional finish. A key design goal was to give the space a timeless look with a subtle modern twist, achieved through a custom walnut veneer vanity from Randall Weber and full-height tile in both shower and vanity areas. In-floor heating was added for extra comfort, and a fiberglass shower base was chosen to maintain ease of cleaning while minimizing grout maintenance. The result is a clean, classic space with thoughtful upgrades that significantly improve both form and function.
