This project transformed an underutilized sunroom—previously acting more like an oversized mudroom—into a warm, inviting living space that now feels fully integrated into the home. The renovation involved reworking window placements for better light and layout, installing a mini split for year-round comfort, and finishing the space with radiant heated flooring covered in beautiful reclaimed marble tile. Every surface was updated to enhance comfort and functionality while creating a seamless connection with the rest of the home. The result is a cozy retreat that’s both stylish and highly usable—perfect for relaxing, reading, or simply enjoying the view.
