1900 KITCHEN
This kitchen remodel focused on bringing function and renewed life to a historical home while respecting its original character. The existing layout lacked both practicality and style, so the space was reimagined to better serve the needs of modern living without losing its timeless feel. The floors were resecured and refinished to eliminate the familiar old-home creaks, blending seamlessly with the rest of the house. New cabinetry was added, incorporating modern conveniences like practical storage solutions while maintaining a look that feels appropriate for the home’s era. A classic backsplash in calming blue tones—personally selected by the homeowner—became a defining feature, adding a subtle yet eye-catching focal point. The finished kitchen feels fresh, purposeful, and true to the era of the home.
